Full details about the Kotahena shooting

A shooting incident occurred in front of a house in the Sumithrarama Road area of ​​the Kotahena Police Division yesterday (16) evening.

Two unidentified persons on a motorcycle had shot a man and a woman who were standing in front of a house and fled.

Both of them were injured in the shooting and have been admitted to the Colombo National Hospital.

The injured man is 42 years old and the injured woman is 70 years old, both residents of the Kotahena area.

A pistol was used in the shooting and the reason for the shooting has not been revealed yet.

The Kotahena Police are conducting further investigations to arrest the suspects involved in the crime.
